We have a fixed price for our limousine services according to the vehicle rate.

HOW DO I REACH BERLINCITYTRIPS.COM?

We are available for our M.I.C.E. customers 24 hours a day. This also applies during the night, after landing, for breakfast, and also during the day. You will receive your own emergency number after booking your transfer, in case something changes.

WHERE WILL MY DRIVER WAITING BE FOR ME?

Your driver will wait for you at the exit of the airport with a name tag. After booking, you will receive a 24-hour phone number in case you do not find the driver right away.

WHAT LANGUAGE DOES MY DRIVER SPEAK?

All the drivers that we work with speak German and English. Additional languages are available on request, for example Russian, Turkish, and Arabic. Upon request, our driver can also tell you about places of interest along the way.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A DELAY?
